Hi, I’m Jessica. A woman who spent years working for other people’s dreams at their companies being too afraid to start working on her own.

As my own biggest critic, I knew how to keep myself small, how to justify staying in the dead-end job instead of pursuing my daydream.

Until I met a woman on Instagram who was showing her reality of being an entrepreneur. Her reality was that it was hard and confusing at times, but as long as she made a plan and continued to show up to learn from her actions, she continued to build success.

I realized that I wanted what she had. Not her life, but her courage. She was alive and it was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen!

She was a health coach who started me on a path of personal development. With her help and the systems that I’ve implemented over time, I’ve built myself from the ground up to be a woman who shows up for herself and is the CEO of two companies that are growing day by day.

Introductory Questions.

I’ll send you nine questions that are designed to help me understand where you’re currently at in life, where you see yourself going, and what (if anything) might be getting in your way.

Identifying Core Values and Personal Purpose.

You are a unique individual who is filled with wants, dreams, and goals. As part of my life coaching process, I will help you bring these things to the surface so that you can evaluate them. During this process, you’ll gain more clarity about your core values and personal purpose.

Creating The Big Picture Vision For Your Life.

Imagine yourself as a sailboat, and life as the ocean. You will encounter waves and wind, among other challenges that derail you off course. That’s okay! But what’s important is that you have a Big Picture Vision of where you’re heading so that no matter what challenges you face, you’re able to steer yourself in the best direction.

 

Building Self-Belief.

If you set a beautiful destination as your Big Picture Vision but lack the belief that you will ever get there… then you most likely will never get there. Achieving what you want isn’t magic, it does take work. But if your mindset is working against you, that shit is like dark magic that will keep you stuck or moving backward.

Gaining Clarity With
Specific Affirmations.

This works hand-in-hand with building a positive mindset and self-belief. Creating affirmations that are specific to where you’re at in life right now and where you’re heading will help you continue moving forward despite challenges that block your way.

Discovering And Using Your Unique WHY.

You may have one WHY that governs your entire life or multiple WHYs that are unique to each goal. Discovering your WHY is important so that you align your action with your greater purpose. It also helps to provide energy that keeps you going through challenges.

 

Goal Setting For All Areas of Life Together.

Going through school we learn how to set goals that are geared towards our career and professional life. But there are multiple areas of life that require goals to be met in order for you to feel at your best as a human being.

Self-Assessment Tools for Regular Progress Review.

Remember the sailboat analogy? Like any sailboat sailing across the ocean in high winds, you may be blown off course for the majority of your trip. It doesn’t mean you won’t reach your destination, it just means that you need to regularly review your progress and adjust the sails often to keep going in the best direction.

Your One Main Thing.

While life has multiple areas that require goals, you cannot focus on all of them at the same time. You need to pick one main thing to focus your best energy on so that you can accelerate your progress. Achieving a goal in one area of life will typically have a positive impact on other areas of your life too. And after reaching a goal, you can choose to focus on a new main thing.

 

Scheduling For Success.

It’s important to have a plan, but in order to make sure that you take the action required it needs to be scheduled in your calendar. You need to learn how to prioritize your actions to work towards your goals in a “real-life” kind of way and not a “best-case scenario” kind of way.

Work Your Plan.

You will create an action plan designed around your specific life goals. And the next step is to put that action plan to work!

Recalibrate With Life.

The people who reach their biggest goals didn’t get there by being “on track” the entire way. They got there with consistent action. We’ll work together to review your progress and the ways you can recalibrate with life to continue moving your action plan forward.
